Hello, I am Sue Ann Montaque, Chef/Co Owner, and the creative mind behind the unique menu compositions and hands-on banquet designs. My background includes training in hospitality and food & beverage coupled with years of working experience with the prestigious Ritz Carlton chain.

Hi, I'm  Shapea Barnaby, Managing Director/Co Owner, and the face of the business with a Masters Degree in Business Administration and working experience in the service industry.

We've decided to come together to build on something we both love, food. Both of us feel that our patrons should enjoy the catering experience and feel what "a la carte" service truly means.

Our catering services include: intimate dinners, showers of all forms, corporate functions, parties for all occasions, sizes and ages, and a whole lot more.
